今回は、銀行から$3.6B融資して、それをARCCが企業に融資するということか？

ちなみに関与する銀行は、JP Morgan, Bank of America, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BMO Capital Markets, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporationなど37銀行。

さらに、

  Ares Capital expanded its unsecured funding capacity by issuing a $750 million 3.25% unsecured note offering in February 2020, which reflects the lowest unsecured note cost in the company’s history.

と、コロナショックを好機と捉え、融資を増加させている。 

また、この記事から読み取れるのは、銀行のbalance sheetは悪くなく、比較的お金に余裕があるということだろう。

以上のことを鑑みるに、今回はこれから2008,9年のような金融危機には発展しなさそうである。
